After discussions with the new leadership at Morgan Stanley, they awarded a second phase to Capital Moving on August 18th with more phases to follow. A big win for us!

We’ve also secured the move at 270 Park for JP Morgan. Capital and Certified will be doing alternative phases. Shout out to Frank Noviello for his help. We fought hard for this one and it’s a huge win.

Finally, we’ve been awarded the moving rights for the U.S. Open! Capital will be doing the work this year and next. The building trades were instrumental in helping us get the non-union work to back down. You will need your SST card to work at this site. Another big win!
