On February 27, President Taylor met with Paul Weiss management via Zoom and renegotiated the glass walls to be delivered by 814. We flipped the job away from OSG (formerly Topps). We also got the final leg of the Citadel, which is furniture, fixtures and etc. (FF&E). Circumstances with Hudson River combined with pressure from us resulted in them getting the third and final leg of the job. AFD, Certified and Hudson will be doing the entire project. We’re off to a great start this year!
