On October 1st, we changed from OptumRX to AEBRx for prescription med coverage. Prime Therapeutics is the new mail order pharmacy and administrator. Members have access to over 68,000 pharmacies and full prescription drug management from claims to delivery.

To get started, go to the Prime website here and chose Prescription Hub from the list of portals. Then you can log in or register if you haven’t yet. The hub is the place to set up mail order deliveries, find pharmacies, price drugs, see all your claims, and more. They also have a specialty pharmacy for those of you who need to manage specialty drugs and supplies.
